We are conveniently located at 130 Old New Salem Road near the Uniontown Mall behind the Fayette County Health Center. Parking is available in our private lot. Hours are 8:00am through 4:30pm Monday through Friday except holidays. Staff is availble to handle emergencies 24 hours per day and 7 days per week at 800-932-0313.
